Great value suites right smack in the business centre of Cebu. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast included, good enough food variety. Will consider staying here again when in Cebu.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were fast. They were also helpful answering my questions about public transportation. Our 11th floor room was a clean as it could be. Nothing showed any signs of wear or damage. I was surprised to find there was no hot water in the shower. I've stayed in other hotels without hot water so I tolerated it. After the room's aircon thermostat presented an irreparable fault which caused it to repeatedly set itself to 19 degrees and we were moved to another room, did I discover that the lack of hot water was an anomaly and not the norm.

Check-in was super easy and we dealt with super professional staff. Parking has security and underground facilities for our car. The rooms were clean and bug free with the added availability of housekeeping there to give extra service for any need. We enjoyed a super buffet breakfast every morning with help from the waiting staff. We will stay at the hotel again in the future.

The room is really spacious. ♥️ The staffs are approachable and the location is okay since there's a mall nearby and also convenience store like 7 eleven.

The room was nice, big enough and comfortalble. The breakfast is very good for Philippinos but not for foreighners. Foreighners are not fan from pinoy breakfast. They not like to eat warm in the breakfast they like cold cut with a little bit cheese, gamay sausage and most of all boiled eggs not to hard cooked. I payed breakfast for 5 days but I was only 3 times there, because of the reason I wrote above. So I bought gamay cheese and ham and sausage and bread in Metro Ayala and breakfastet in my room and I liked my own breakfast more then the offered breakfastm My partner Philippina liked your breakfast very much because I rewine for the Pinoys is the breakfast excellent, but even not for the foreighners.

Hotel staff were great, in particular the concierge who helped arrange a driver on Christmas Day for some of our sightseeing. Breakfast was good with many choices.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast especially the Filipino dishes. The room was spacious, with good air-conditioning and clean sheets. The gym had the basic necessary equipment for an exercise session. Thumbs up with the location as it was only a few minutes walk from Ayala Mall. The staff were also very accommodating.

We stayed at Hotel Elizabeth 2017 and really liked the place. So, when we come back to Cebu in 2023, we want to experience the hospitality, the Hotel Elizabeth way. Dining in is the best. Their chef cooks better crispy pata, pinakbet with bagnet, tinolang isda etc. etc. than any other Filipino style restaurant. My family agreed after I invited them. I wish u still have the pancit bihon in the menu. The staff are very helpful and very happy.
